Banks that received money in the recent bailout are using pre-recorded messages to contact customers late in making credit card payments. It is unacceptable that any organisation cannot pay its customers the common courtesy of ringing them in person, but rather using methods that will be considered intimitatory by the elderly, those with mental health conditiond, and other vulnerable adults.
I especially love how he throws in the bailout as if that makes any sense. “I own one millionth of a percent of this bank! How dare you treat me this way‽ Don’t you know who I am‽“
