At present while they are being investigated they are freed from custody and requested to report to a particular police station on a regular basis. They never do. In winter daylight is short and if a school finishes at 3:15 there is no time for the pupils to go out and relax with peers. We live in France pay our taxes in the UK but are not paid the winter fuel alowance because we live overseas. We have no option but to pay our taxes in the UK as my husband was emplyed by local authority. We still have to heat our home from our pension.
