these boys seriousle assaulted 3 young boys in a week leaving them traumatised and one in a coma They have been given a minimum of 5 years which should be changed to life. When released they will have a life the 3 boys they attacked will not

The “DEVIL BOYS”, as you insist on calling them, were ten and eleven years old. You want to put a ten year old boy in prison for the rest of his life?

The “DEVIL BOYS” are children. You make me sick.

If Adultry was actually a law punished by castration or female circumsition. This would put people off doing it and would also save goverment endless divorce fees paid by legal aid. This punishment would also cost alot less than prison.

Either that or it’d put a stop to marriage entirely.

There are too many crimes now which consist of murder, homicide, rapists by gangs and disturbing individuals.

Instead of sending them to prison with small sentences or life sentences I consider it would be better to see these people (from 16+) placed into army training grounds, trained and then placed on the front-line.

This might make them realise what they have done wrong and change them into something better!

Or it’ll be the British government putting weapons in the hands of convicted murderers and rapists. I can’t say I particularly approve of that.

In the case of very serious crime by children under the age of eighteen, the Crown should have the power to test if the parents should be held criminally responsible for the actions of their children. The test should be on the balance of probability that their parenting was significantly to blame, or not, for the behaviour of their children. The test should be conducted in a high court with a judge and jury. If the test finds that they were significantly to blame they should face the legal consequences for the actions of their children as anyone else convicted of the same crime.

Graham neglects to mention what that test would entail, largely because no such test exists. Irrespective of upbringing, a child is still a person and should be held responsible for their actions, you fucking dunderninny.

its a hard ,full time job being a parent and very rewarding too ,but its not fair how some parents have to struggle alone. most of us dont have help on hand and struggle to make ends meet. the absent parent should face a jail sentance if they dont pay for their children.the csa does not do enough and are lenient on the absent parent. this is wrong. you can go to jail for not paying council tax so why cant you go to jail for not paying child support? children are more important. it takes 2 to make a baby, you should not be allowed to run away from your responsibilty. pay or face jail !!!

And, what, once they’re in jail they’ll see the error of their ways and start paying, will they?

why is it people get away with everything it makes me sick to think what these people do. i was reading today about some woman who left her 4 young children alone to look after themselves for 24hrs. people need to understand its not exceptable!!!!

And for this, obviously, the mother should be killed. As opposed to, say, imprisoned, or simply having her kids removed from her care.

Go To Your Barracks And Think About What You’ve Done

All of these “enforced National Service” petitions are, I am sure, having a detrimental impact on my blood pressure. I may stop sharing them entirely. For now, though, here’s another one.

by Mr Alan Mann

This may help and / or stop the violence that is currently happening in the UK with respect to other people’s lives. If this was compulsory then it may even make them think before some of their atrocious actions. Incidentally if this became a prerequisite, this law may be helping out more than one person in the future.

Sigh. I need to see a doctor. This isn’t healthy.

(Sidenote: I like to think that Mr Alan Mann is that gormless fella from Little Britain who went into a toy shop looking for a pirate memory game suitable for children between the ages of 4 and 8).

I believe that there should be a new crime created so as to cover such action.

This crime should be called “Shaming the flag” and it should be applied to any British Nationals who act in such a way whilst abroad so as to bring shame on the British people as a whole.

This law should apply to those people who get so drunk abroad that they commit a crime worthy of imprisonment.

It would also cover those people who commit any serious crime abroad, such as rape, murder etc, whether they are drunk sober or otherwise. Alos included in the category of serious crime would be Drug trafficing and Hooliganism of any sort.

This crime should and should be applied to those whe desecrate British war memorials on British soil. It should also apply to those who do the same thing to war memorials aboad – whether they be commemorating the sacrifice of British Soldiers, or the sacrifice of Foreign Soldiers.

“It’s not enough that you raped six people while on holiday to Spain, but you also upset your flag.” Honestly, this entire concept is ridiculous.

Immigrants who commit a crime during their first year in the Uk should be automatically deported back to their country of origin, no matter how small the crime.

And any British citizens who commit a crime should just be put on a barge and floated out into the ocean, like that garbage ball from that episode of Futurama.

With respect to general prison life: Prison should be a punishment first with no privileges such as media equipment or newspapers etc and consist of four walls and adequate non-equipment exercise time. Rehabilitation should commence when the sentence is over with the time given being the actual time served and without the good behaviour clauses currently in place. Crimes of violence and anti-social behaviour should be treated by the re-introduction of birching.

Haven’t thought this one through, have you Des? Okay, I agree with you to an extent that a prison sentence should be more of a prison sentence, but I’m not particularly keen on seeing a return to Corporal Punishment as a means of punishment.

Also, starting rehab after the sentence is served? That seems like an addition to the sentence if anything, not to mention a waste of all that time Mr. Criminal has spent sat in prison doing nothing and being bored out of his skull.

The streets are no-go areas – too many law abiding citizens are prisoners in their own home. ASBO’s, control orders, electronic tags etc DO NOT WORK. The UK has a higher violent crime rate per 1000 residents than the USA and even South Africa.

We demand tougher, longer prison sentences for thugs, feral teenagers and gangs.

We demand that the police respond to all incidents in a timely manner and follow through with ALL available tools.
