explain to the electorate of this country, in a public statement, why it is acceptable for an Iraqi citizen who would be a danger to the people of Iraq to be kept in this country (without asking him if he wants to go home to Iraq) where he will be a threat to the people who are paying for his existence without being given an opportunity NOT to pay for him to be kept alive.

Anybody who needs an explanation or elucidation of the point of this petition really ought to get on a plane to a Islamic country!
