Stop income tax and increase VAT.

the object of this petition is to stop so many people from evading income tax by employing smart tax lawyers to help them. zero rate vat to apply to foodstuff and essentials like energy bills and 45% on everything else so, the more you earn, the more you spend, the more tax you pay
