What is the point of spending hours teaching children about the importance of spelling and grammer only to have them given books and worksheets with the exact mistakes they were told not to use. I have seen countless examples of apostrophe misuse in textbooks. It must be made illegal for schools to use material that uses incorrect spelling or grammer (except as an example of what not to do) as a step towards sorting out the horrific amounts of bad spelling and grammer in the country.

Dylan reckons:

Making all ‘textbooks with spelling’ illegal is going to narrow the list of possible books down somewhat.
