we in the comunity want to see tougher laws on the parents who knowingly put there children in a risk area .

i think that a parents responseabilty is to always ensure the safety of there own children, and putting them in the risk area knowing that 7 outa ten somthing was too happen then that parent must be proscuted in the same catagory as the abuser in my eyes its knowing whats going to happen before it dose and all along the parent could of protected the child. but turned a blind eye
