make sure that only the council are able to tow cars away when parked in dangerous situations.

For my petition I have put forward the idea that only the council are allowed to tow cars away when parked in dangerous situations rather than private companies that tow cars for their own good rather than that of the general public.

Which means, of course, that no cars anywhere would ever be towed on account of all the ridiculous red tape that council officials would have to wade through before a tow truck could be sent out. Lovely.
