Ban the Non Smoking Law in Pubs.

All Smokers would like an area inside a pub to smoke. If this were possible trade would increase therefore less pubs would have to close. Also it is our right to smoke in a designated area INSIDE a pub. Rob Jefkins

My views on the smoking ban aside (and honestly, I’m not sure how I feel about it anymore), you don’t ban a law. You repeal it.
