		<description>Yeah, but the Government shouldn&#039;t be expected to dish out £15-20 a week just because someone has decided to go to College. EMA to children in families who are less well off makes sense, because if they can&#039;t afford to go to College that stifles their prospects.</description>

		<description>The thing is that EMA assumes that parents of children in higher education will help them out and so the more moeny they earn the morer they can give to their children. Obviously this is not always the case and some parents can&#039;t or sadly won&#039;t help. However as College/Uni courses are a Monday to Friday thing what is there to stop you getting a weekend job?</description>
